Getting into a game

Ambert had recently adquired Splatoon 3 because he found good reviews of it on the internet. So he started customizing his character as best as he liked. He went for a cute inkling girl, since he planned to play for a long day.
After selecting "Done", he was ready to start playing. He went through the settings and activated "Inmersive mode" out of curiosity, since he never heard of it before. Suddenly, the TV screen went blanc and sucked him inside.
When he woke up, he was now his character. Looks like he, or now she, considering how she went about using the editor, would get to experience the world the game had to offer.
